1. Service Agreement

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable Fair Usage Policy (FUP).

1.2 Service Availability

Our Services are subject to availability and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including network congestion, maintenance, or force majeure events.

1.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to use our Services.

2. Subscription & Billing

2.1 Service Plans

We offer various internet plans with different speeds, data limits, and pricing. Details of your selected plan will be provided in your service agreement.

2.2 Billing & Payments

  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
  • Payment methods include GPay, PhonePe, or any other UPI App and Net Banking.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

2.3 Auto-Renewal

Unless cancelled, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

2.4 Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are processed per our Refund Policy.
  • Early termination may incur fees as per your contract.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

3.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our Services for:

  • Illegal activities (e.g., hacking, fraud, piracy).
  • Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware.
  • Excessive bandwidth consumption beyond fair usage limits.
  • Unauthorized resale or sharing of services.

3.2 Network Security

You are responsible for securing your network and devices. We may suspend service if we detect malicious activity originating from your connection.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

4.1 Data Collection

We collect personal and usage data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

4.2 Traffic Monitoring

We may monitor network traffic for security, troubleshooting, and compliance purposes.

5. Service Performance & Limitations

5.1 Network Quality

  • Minimum speed as per TRAI’s Speed Code.
  • Downtime compensation (if any) per TRAI guidelines.

5.2 Force Majeure

No liability for disruptions due to:

  • Government orders (e.g., internet shutdowns).
  • Natural disasters/acts of war.

6. Termination & Suspension

6.1 By Customer

You may cancel your subscription by providing 15 days' notice.

6.2 By ISP

We may suspend or terminate your service for:

  • Non-payment.
  • Violation of these Terms or AUP.
  • Legal or regulatory requirements.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra State. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or legal proceedings.
